We sell stationery items such as bookmarks, stickers, sticker sheets, and other paper goods.

2. Use of Our Website
  • Our website and its content (images, designs, products, etc.) belong to Lisa’s Diary.

  • You may not copy, reuse, resell, or distribute any content without permission.

  • You agree not to use the site for illegal or harmful activities.

3. Products

We do our best to describe and photograph all products as accurately as possible.
However, because many of our items are handmade or printed:

  • Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings

  • Sizes may vary a tiny bit

  • Small imperfections can occur in handmade items

These are normal and not considered defects.

4. Prices & Payments
  • All prices are listed in [currency] and include/exclude VAT depending on your region.

  • Prices may change at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed.

  • Payments are handled securely through trusted payment providers such as iDEAL, PayPal, or Stripe (depending on your setup).

  • Lisa’s Diary does not store your full payment details.

5. Orders
  • Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

  • If an item is out of stock or if there is an issue with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary (for example: payment issues, shipping restrictions, or misuse).

6. Shipping
  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

  • Once your package is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery is transferred to them.

7. International Orders

If you order from outside your country:

  • Customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply

  • These costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • We cannot predict or control these fees

8. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order!

In short:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless we made a mistake

  • Refunds are issued once the item arrives back safely

Digital products or custom items cannot be returned.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days, with photos of the item and packaging
    We will help you find a suitable solution.

If your package is lost:

  • Please contact the carrier first with your tracking number

  • We will assist where possible, but we cannot replace orders that were delivered to the address provided by the customer

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, product images, and content belong to Lisa’s Diary.
