Order Processing
At Lisa’s Diary, all orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or holidays.
If order volume is high or delays occur, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
These charges are not included in product or shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Because most of our items are small paper goods (bookmarks, stickers, sticker sheets, and stationery goodies), we aim to keep returns simple and fair.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
